About Dr. Banks

Hello, I'm Dr. Tiffany J. Banks, a dedicated healthcare professional with roots in Eastern Kentucky. My journey in the medical field spans nearly two decades, and I've worn various hats along the way, including roles as a receptionist, Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, and Nurse Practitioner.

Family is at the core of my life, with four wonderful children, a precious grandchild, and 16 years of cherished marriage. Lifelong learning is my guiding principle, evident in my active participation in seminars, educational programs, and podcasts. I am constantly refining my skills in integrative autism treatments. This aligns seamlessly with my commitment to providing cutting-edge healthcare to those under my care.

My journey through traditional medicine has underscored the importance of a balanced blend of modalities, sparking my passion for a patient-centric, holistic approach. As a mother to an autistic daughter, I understand the significance of prioritizing the least invasive treatments, emphasizing holistic options for overall well-being.

Jessica - Lead Clinical Coordinator

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, Jessica is the heart of our clinic operations. She has worn many hats across multiple healthcare settings. Known for her calm presence, organizational skills, and genuine warmth, Jessica is a powerhouse when it comes to advocating for patients and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s the one our patients often turn to when they need help, reassurance, or a friendly voice on the phone.

KayLee - Medical Assistant

Kaylee is a new mom with a growing passion for healthcare. As a certified phlebotomist, she brings hands-on experience and a calm, steady approach to patient care. In her role as a medical assistant, she helps with taking vitals, supporting patient flow, and serving as a friendly voice on the phone. Though new to the field, her eagerness to learn and her genuine compassion for others shine through in every patient interaction.

Jennifer- Cannabis Coordinator

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the cannabis industry and plays a key role in supporting our medical cannabis certification program. While she doesn’t provide certifications herself, she helps guide patients through the process, offers resources, and answers questions related to the use of cannabis for qualifying conditions. Her deep knowledge, passion for education, and approachable nature make her an invaluable asset to patients seeking alternative care options.
